As a part of my training and work experience, I acquired the following skills:
- Drawings reading;
- Welding according to ISO 5817-C class:
- Arc (process 111 – welding black steel and stainless steel),
- MIG (131 – welding aluminum 8-12mm plates),
- MAG (135 & 136),
- TIG (141 – black steel, stainless steel and aluminum) within the C-class requirements;
- Sheet metal processing: water and laser cutting machine operation; bending sheets from 40x40x1mm to 1650x1400x10mm with exact angle precision (zero tolerance); pipe rolling and MAG/TIG-welding.
I got certified as international welder (ISO 5817, B-class requirements) in these processes:
- GTAW/TIG 141, 142, 143, 145 (RST 8.1): Butt welding PA; PC; PE; PF; Stainless steel tube PA, PC, PE, PH, H-L045; RST Fillet Welding PA, PB, PC, PD, PE, PH
- GMAW/MIG, processes 135.136 FW (Black): PA, PB, PC, PD, PE, PF, PH
- SMAW/MMA, process 111 FW (Black): certified for welding in PA, PB, PC, PD, PE, PF, PH positions.
